"hi baby cakes"

 
will got back in town late last night and i'm hoping he doesn't catch what adriaan and i have been sharing since he left...it's a cold or allergies, i'm not quite sure.  the above picture gives an idea of life the last few days (though not as peaceful).
 
earlier this week adriaan crawled up next to me on the bed and put his little face an inch away from mine and said, "hi baby cakes."
 
 
the above was taken when will and adriaan spent some time shooting hoops on the patio.  it was cold enough for his new coat and i think he looks quite handsome.
 
 
 
boys totally wear pink, at least i know several men with pink business shirts.  here's adriaan in a pair of new to us footed pj's!  they're dora and boots pj's with pink cufs and collar!  adriaan thought they were great, he strutted around the house for a while talking about how good he looked, literally he would say, "i cool, pj's sooo cute."  when i took his picture he was watching "it's potty time," his favorite video that went to houston on accident with will.  tonight, there was a happy reunion.

Sorry y'all haven't been feeling great. It seems to be "that time of year" around here.
Love the first pic! Nothing quite as precious as a sleeping little one.
The "baby cakes" and "I cool, cute PJ's" made me crack up! Gotta love the things they come up with.
